1 submission = 1 Entry. Our standard submission fee is £15. However if you enter your submission before Sept 28th 2024 then it will only cost you £10. There is no limit to how many submissions you enter, however the submission fee must be paid each time.
We are looking to showcase a wide range of art. We encourage all styles, mediums and subject matter. The judges want to see high quality work but the only criteria we have is the size. 2D art no bigger than 45cm x 65cm and 3D art to fit on a 40cm plinth
No. Whilst we will do our best to showcase as many artists as possible, unfortunately not all artworks will be chosen for the show. Both successful and unsuccessful entrants will be notified by Friday 8th November 2024 but the submission fee for both is non refundable.
This is fine. Donate or pay the submission via the PayPal link and you will receive a receipt and confirmation of payment.
We will contact successful entrants on 8th November 2024 with further instructions on how to pay the admin fee. The fee covers additional marketing costs and running of the show.
Oxmarket Contemporary is in the heart of the beautiful market town of Chichester. The gallery has a high public footfall with ample parking and access for deliveries.

No. We understand not all our entrants will be local. Our drop off week will be 10am-4pm from 3rd-8th December. We will have an experienced team ready to receive deliveries and safely store your artwork ahead of the set up day. Alternatively if you would like to drop off the work yourself, of course you can!
The exhibition will be open daily from 10th - 23rd December. The show will be fully staffed and we would love for you to attend, however this is not mandatory. The opportunity to attend an evening private view at the launch of the show will also be available. Further details to follow.
All sales will be subject to a 50% commission fee. Artists will be notified of sales and their payment details requested. Payment for any sales will occur in the week commencing 13th Jan 2025.
No. As with delivery, artists will be responsible for collecting unsold work or arranging for a courier to collect. Collection week will occur between 6th-10th Jan 2025
