Our aim with the exhibition is to showcase a snapshot of what's happening in the UK art world right now. We encourage all styles, mediums and subject matter - So be bold, be brave and submit for your chance to be part of this fantastic event.

Entry Requirements

This is an open call with an open brief. We encourage a range of styles, mediums & subject matter. You can submit 1 piece of work per submission but there is no limit to the number of submissions you enter, provided the entry fee is paid each time. The only requirement we have regards sizing (see right).

Submission Fee

Submission of one artwork costs £15 each

If you wish to submit more than 1 artwork, please pay the additional submission and repeat the process.

An additional £5 admin fee will be required from each successful entrant chosen, to secure their place in the exhibition.

Sizing

For 2D works (paintings/prints/drawings etc) there is a maximum size limit of 45cm x 65cm (including any frame/presentation).

For 3D works (sculpture, ceramics, applied arts etc) the work must safely fit on a 40cm plinth.

In all cases selected artworks must be ready for gallery presentation at the time of the exhibition.

Exhibition & Important Dates

- Open Call closes at 4pm on Saturday 2nd November 2024 (submissions received after this time will not be counted but may still be charged)

- Successful entrants will be notified by Friday 8th November 2024

- Successful entrants must be able to deliver their artwork either in person or by courier to the Oxmarket Contemporary during the drop off week - 3rd -8th December anytime between 10am - 4pm

- Exhibition will run daily from 10th-23rd December

- Any sales are subject to a 50% commission (please consider this and price your work accordingly)

- Any unsold artworks must be collected during 6th- 10th January 2025

Please pay for your submission via the link below. You will be taken to our partner site Ophelia Art Consultancy Ltd to complete the transaction.

The entry fee is for one submission only. For multiple submissions please repeat the process.

Please include a jpeg image of your work along with your artist name, title of the work, size and price
